A: We use a dropshipping model with multiple trusted suppliers to ensure product availability while keeping costs low - allowing us to donate more to charity. This also means we can offer a wider variety of products without the environmental impact of warehousing.

Q: What's your return policy?

A: We follow our suppliers' return policies and handle all returns with full transparency. If there's any issue with product quality, we'll work with you to provide a full refund to maintain our reputation and your trust. Change of mind returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, so please bare this in mind when placing an order and measure carefully.

What are your delivery timeframes?

Our dropshippers use Australia Post and Couriers Please. We aim for all parcels to be processed and shipped within one to two business days, and then allow 1-6 business days for delivery. Please kindly allow 2-8 business days to receive your goods depending on your location. If they have not arrived within this timeframe, please feel free to get in touch, and we'll investigate.
